Sustainable Development Committee
Sixxon Tech.
Sixxon Tech. established the Sustainable Development Committee on December 26, 2023. The committee members include the President, management-level executives and independent director. The President serves as the convener and is responsible for promoting the Company’s sustainable development plan.
The committee consists of three working groups: Environmental Protection (E), Social Responsibility (S) and Corporate Governance (G). The organizational chart of the committee is as follows:
Duties and Work Priorities of Committee members
- Formulate sustainable development directions, strategies and goals, and formulate relevant management policies and specific promotion plans
- Tracking, reviewing and revising the implementation and effectiveness of sustainable development
- Integrate various departments to participate in corporate sustainability-related affairs
- Properly respond to important corporate sustainability issues of concern to stakeholders
- Report the company’s sustainable development performance to the board of directors regularly every year
- Properly respond to important corporate sustainability issues of concern to stakeholders
- Other matters resolved by the Board of Directors to be handled by this Committee
Duties and Work Priorities of working group
1. Main responsibilities and work priorities of the Environmental Protection Team:
Job Responsibilities: Integrate environment, waste and water resources management.
2. Main responsibilities and work priorities of the Social Responsibility Group:
Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company’s personnel selection, employment, training and retention policies, as well as the planning and implementation of social participation policies, goals and action plans.
3. Main responsibilities and work priorities of the Corporate Governance Team:
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for promoting corporate governance related systems, establishing relevant norms and standards, organizing various education and training, and fully disclosing various real-time information.
