CNC Turning
Thaixon utilizes the latest turning technology from swiss lathes, multi-spindle, and multi-turret
capability. The multi-tasking machines enable complex parts to be produced in 1 operation.
CNC Milling
We have 3-axis to full contouring 5-axis milling capabilities that can create parts to our customer specifications. Parts are programmed using advanced CAD/CAM software for precise and consistent parts. Thaixon can support parts for prototyping or high-volume production runs with a variety of metals ranging from titanium to plastics.
Assembly
We offer mechanical assembly of our machined and fabricated parts simplifying our customer’s supply chain. Performance testing is done to ensure the functionality of the product meets customer requirements.
Industrial automation from bar feeders, robot arms, and inspection machines is a key driver of efficiency. Reliable quality assurance – Statistical process control (SPC) is our method of quality control which employs statistical methods to monitor and control a process to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with zero waste. It is supported through process capability and machine capability by Minitab program – certify the measurement system for use by evaluating the system’s accuracy, precision, and stability according to MSA – continuous improvement with PDCA activity.
Cleanroom capabilities ranging from Class 100,000 to 100 under laminar flow hoods, depending on your cleanliness specifications.
CCI-HD : This advanced optical profiler uses Coherence Correlation Interferometry (CCI) to generate high resolution 3D non contact surface measurements. The CCI-HD optical profiler system uses technology capable of providing surface roughness and step-height measurements with sub-nanometer precision. A useful extension to the CCI is the ability to easily measure films thicker than 1.5 µm.
CMM O-Inspect : The multi-sensor measuring machines enable to optimally measure each characteristic in compliance with ISO-10360 – optically or by contact.
