Sixxon Tech. Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is dedicated to protecting its employees’ rights and interests, and it strictly complies with labor-related laws and regulations in all countries where we operate. The Company follows the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as the spirit and fundamentals of protecting human rights embodied in such international human rights treaties.
Our company has established our Human Rights Policy that applies to the Company, subsidiaries, and where our operating bases are located to protect existing employees (including contract, temporary employees and interns). The guiding principles of our Human Rights Policy are as follows, and we expect our suppliers and customers to follow the same standards, as addressing the human rights issues is a shared responsibility.

To implement the human rights policy, the company conducted a total of 10 hours of human rights policy training in 2025, with a total of 51 participants 51 hours.
To ensure comprehensive employee care, the Group has established an Employee Welfare Committee in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Welfare committee members are elected by employees and hold regular meetings to implement various employee welfare programs.
In addition to providing labor insurance, social insurance, and group health insurance as required by law, the Group offers a wide range of benefits, including subsidies for meals, clothing, housing, transportation, weddings, funerals, festive occasions, and annual health examinations. Incentive bonuses are also granted based on employees’ attendance, length of service, and other factors to support their livelihood.
Since 2010, the Group has cooperated with the Cooperative Promotion Department of Thailand to provide employees with access to regular savings programs and low-interest housing loans.
To foster long-term and stable relationships with its talent, the Group further encourages and subsidizes employee participation in pension plans, social welfare benefits, and savings funds, and provides additional support measures such as scholarship and educational assistance for employees’ dependents.
The Group, guided by a culture of sustainable development, implements a comprehensive training and development program to enhance employees’ knowledge and work experience, maximize their potential, improve productivity, and achieve a win-win outcome for both corporate growth and personal development.
Training programs are designed according to employees’ growth needs. In addition to new employee orientation, the Group provides specialized courses in corporate governance, financial management, sales, HR, procurement, quality assurance, language skills, industrial safety, and production operations, delivered either on-site by professional instructors or at nearby academic institutions.
Each year, a two-day executive workshop and retreat is organized to strengthen management knowledge and foster team cohesion. In 2024, career training totaled 22,163 participants and 40,178.5 training hours.
The Group’s retirement system is implemented in accordance with the laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates. It primarily adopts a co-contributory pension scheme between the Group and employees. Employees may voluntarily allocate up to 15% of their monthly salary to a pension account with financial institutions partnered with the Group, which can then be drawn upon after retirement to secure their post-retirement benefits.
The Group has always valued employee rights and opinions. Management and employees jointly established an employee savings and welfare cooperative to provide local staff with welfare benefits and improve their quality of life. In 2011, the cooperative was recognized with an honorary certificate from the Ministry of Labor Protection and Welfare of Thailand.
In accordance with local laws, the Group has also established labor-management councils that meet regularly to strengthen labor relations and enhance employee engagement. Employees are further protected through government-mandated labor protection funds, work injury insurance, and social security benefits.
The Group encourages open communication, allowing employees to share feedback with the HR department or appropriate senior management to maintain good relations. Additionally, employees are fully informed in advance of any major operational measures or corporate developments, ensuring clear understanding and fostering their support and cooperation.
